Master of Science in Elementary Education/Reading and Literacy from Walden University

This is my 21st year of teaching. I have taught students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing for all of those years. I have taught Preschool Special Education in the past as well.  I am currently a Co Teacher with Mrs. Bomar in Kindergarten. And I also teach 2nd grade math as well as working with students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing across Catoosa County.  I love Catoosa County Schools and working here.

I am originally from Sylvania, Alabama in the Northeastern part of Alabama.  I attended The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!!), before taking my first teaching job in Early County, Georgia.  I have been a teacher in Catoosa County for 16 years and have lived in Catoosa County for 11 years.  I live here with my husband, Jeremy, and our 2 dogs, Butters and Cosmo.
