What is Title I?

Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) provides financial assistance to state and local educational agencies to meet the needs of students in schools with higher free and reduced lunch counts. The goal of Title I is to provide instructional services and activities which support students in meeting the state's challenging performance standards.

Componets of a Title I Schoolwide Program

What does Title I do for our children? Tilte I provides extra funding for our schools to provide more resources as we educate our children.
